- GCMSWriters is also known as Ghost City Masterpiece Syntax Writers is under the ‘umbrella ownership, policy, and operations’ of Ghost City also known as Ghost City Writers. Our services and operations are 100% online business transactions only.
- The application of any information, advice, suggestions, and/or other aspects of the same similarity as shared, published, uploaded on our website concerning any individual or personal related issues, matters, endeavours, actions, and/or activities is solely based on the individual or persons’ own decision and/or discretion, and not that of Ghost City.
- Participants and/or registered members of our blog and forum are solely responsible for any idea and whatsoever contents or information uploaded, and not that of Ghost City. The person, individuals, peoples, groups, community, and other recognizable entities by laws of the State, Province, Territory, Country, the International Community, and others at the receiving end of any information (piece) shared, uploaded, and published on our website is/are at liberty to verify and double-check for Its accuracy and authenticity before considering its application.
- Ghost city is in no way affiliated to the Government of Canada and/or other participating Canadian authority or agency, or the Government of other participating countries and/or concerned authorities.
- Ghost City is an independent online business entity that owns/reserves the (legal) rights to manage its organization, affairs, activities, operations, policies, and other mediums of conducting business.
- Every and all pieces of information contained in the GCMS, CBSA, CSIS Notes, and other several types of Notes associated with Canada (immigration affairs) are the property of the Government of Canada. We only act as a third party website on behalf of our clients to assist in obtaining the GCMS, CBSA, CSIS Notes and other several types of Notes from Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC), Canada Border Service Agency (CBSA), Canada Security Intelligence Service, and the likes under the Access to Information and Privacy Act. Our services and operation premise/location are from outside Canada.
- Ghost City has no rights and/or claims to any piece of information contained in the GCMS, CBSA, CSIS Notes, and other several types of Notes.
- Any transaction, payment processing, and gateway payment service conducted on GCMSWriters.com are well-secured. We are in no way affiliated with the gateway payment service provider. They are only a third-party financial platform whom we entered into an arrangement to ease online payment mediums of our clients in their comfort, and our relationship is simply business.
- The suggestive Subscription Package Plans and pricing system is only an indicator provided by Ghost City to act as an accurate guide to the quality of our numerous services. The service subscription plans and pricing system may change at any given time without any form of notice or prior warning.
- There is no guarantee that any of the services would be delivered at the stipulated time frame as displayed on our website. This may be due to the delay from the concerned authority (ies) and/or resulting from an unprecedented occurrence. Rest assured that when any delay occurs, we will act swiftly as possible to contact the concerned authority (or thereafter notify the client, if necessary).
- Any information of our clients entered into our server will be deleted upon the successful delivery of the requested services within thirty (30) days max.
- We will only consider a refund on the ground that the contracted service(s) wasn’t delivered. If it was no fault of ours, and if any of such issues that may arise comes from either the concerned Canadian (immigration) authorities or our client, there will be no refund.
- In the case of a refund, only if it is directly involved with our default, then we will immediately communicate with our client by tendering an apology and a refund will be processed within 24 – 72 hours of the notification. If any error and/or delay was made from the concerned authority or by our clients after submitting the request for our service(s), there shall not be any refund.
- After the request has been completely processed by the concerned Canadian (Immigration) authority, the file in its complete whole shall be forwarded to our client without any omission, elision, or alteration. As such, we follow precautionary measures in collecting and passing information by abiding by the Principles and Electronic Documents Act (PEDA).
- In the case that, if a document or form does not meet the standard requirement and was therefore rejected, Ghost City shall not be held responsible. It’s the client’s responsibility to satisfy all and/or every requirement of the concerned authority.
- In the case of dispute or misunderstanding, Ghost City will always agree to resolve it amicably through peaceful negotiation and/or resolution before any litigation if there is an unforeseeable impasse.
- On record, GCMSWriters will never deliver a work that’s subpar to clients. We treat every piece of writing as critical and the choice words are carefully picked to suit the sentence structure and the general writing purpose.
- Reviews may be granted to understand the concern(s) of our esteemed clients. If there are any grounds to further improve the writing, therefore, we may choose to approve a rewrite.
- If it’s an obvious oversight from the client due to the information initially supplied, a fee implication will be mandated if a rewrite is requested.
- Ghost City can grant only one (1) review and one (1) possible rewrite if the obvious error comes from us. However, in some situations, two (2) reviews can be granted, but this is in no way guaranteed.
- Any notice or concerns relating to the delivered writing piece won’t be entertained if it exceeds two (2) days after delivering the work. Ensure to communicate with a valid and active email address. We usually deliver before the estimated delivery time.
- We write in a template format that enables clients to edit the delivered writing piece/work to suit adequately their actual, sensitive, or most personal situation/circumstances. The onus is on the client(s) to further improve or remove information considered not suitable to the actual, sensitive, or most personal situation/circumstance to meet the purpose in which the writing/letter is aimed towards/at.
- Rest assured that almost every aspect in which the purpose of the writing is aimed towards/at will be adequately covered. As dittoed above, any further adjustment won’t be our responsibility. We may only accept by charging an extra fee for the adjustment.
- In the case of requesting Ghost City to send another copy of an already delivered writing/work, it will come with a fee charge.
